Industrial Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange (SPX) of Xi’an is authorized by United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in February 2007. As a not-for-profit organization, SPX-Xian is for technical information, promotion and the matching of capacities, processes and production or industrial service specialities, in the form of an autonomous structure whose basic purpose is to help bring together enquiries for and offers of subcontracting work and outsourcing. SPX-Xian is the fourth SPX center in China and one of over 60 SPXs in its global network across approximately 40 countries.
